Andreja Varičak is a head coach and tactical analyst whose career is built around youth development, game understanding, and applied analysis that supports real performance on the pitch. With experience across academy leadership and first-team environments, he is recognised for combining coaching methodology with clear, evidence-informed insight—helping young players develop the tactical habits and decision-making required for senior football.
He is currently Head Coach U16 at FK Radnički 1923 (July 2025–present), working in a player-development setting where training design, learning progression, and competitive preparation must align. Prior to this, Andreja held a key role at Paide Linnameeskond FC, first as an Assistant Football Coach (June 2023–December 2023) and then as U21 Head Coach (January 2024–June 2024), supporting the transition phase where players move from youth football into senior demands. He has also worked at FK Radnički 1923 as a Tactical Analyst and Assistant Coach (June 2022–June 2023), contributing analysis and coaching support within a competitive first-team context.
Beyond club roles, Andreja’s pathway includes leadership in wider development systems, including work as Technical Director for City Youth Development and Head City Coach (U16 & U18) within the Hefei Education Bureau, reflecting experience in building structures, standards, and training processes at scale.
Andreja holds a UEFA A Licence (issued September 2024) and a Coerver Coaching Youth Diploma (issued October 2016), reinforcing both his formal coaching qualification and his technical-development foundation. Fluent in Serbian and English, he operates comfortably across different football cultures and learning environments.
Alongside his coaching work, Andreja is an ISSPF Educator (April 2025–present), developing and delivering lectures focused on methodology and analysis. Through ISSPF, he contributes to coach education by translating tactical concepts and analytical thinking into practical tools coaches can use to improve training quality and player development.
