Adam Pruša is a Czech first-team video and data analyst whose work blends opposition analysis, on-pitch coaching support, and department-building across elite club and international football. He is currently a First Team Video & Data Analyst with the Czech Football Association (since September 2024), supporting the senior national team coaching staff through live scouting and detailed opponent analysis that integrates video, data, and individual player insights. He previously contributed as a First Team Opposition Scout & Analyst during the EURO 2024 cycle, including set-piece opposition work and long-lead preparation.
In parallel, Adam works at SK Slavia Praha (since July 2024) as a First Team Coach–Analyst, responsible for opponent analysis across domestic and European matches, delivering individual video/data feedback to players, and supporting individual and unit development sessions aligned to position-specific KPIs. His role also includes bridging coaching and analytics teams—helping embed tools, workflows, and shared understanding into daily practice.
Before Slavia and the national team, Adam led analysis and scouting functions at FK Mladá Boleslav, including a spell as Head of Scouting & Analysis / First Team Assistant Coach–Analyst, where he managed multi-role staff, oversaw match/training analysis processes, supported recruitment analysis, and developed analysis infrastructure. He also worked as Head of Academy Analysis / Assistant Coach U19, building academy-wide video/data structures and creating systems to support long-term individual development.
Beyond the pitch, Adam is an experienced educator—delivering invited lectures for UEFA coaching pathways and conferences—and is an ISSPF consultant and faculty member, contributing applied content in methodology, analysis, and modern performance practice. Fluent in Czech and English, he is recognised for turning complex information into clear coaching actions that improve training and match preparation.
