Do I have to take them in order?
Yes. The certificates are taken in level order, starting with the first and working through to the last. Each one builds on the one before it, so the sequence is part of how the material is taught rather than a suggestion.
How long does it take to complete?
The diploma is self-paced and totals 61 hours of learning across 3 certificates. Most people take around eight weeks per certificate, so about 24 weeks in all, depending on their schedule. You go at your own speed and can revisit the content whenever you need.
Are there any assessments?
Each module includes a short knowledge check before moving on. These are there to reinforce the main ideas, help you pause and reflect, and make sure key concepts are clear as the course progresses. They are part of the learning flow and can be revisited if needed.
Do I need access to GPS, performance data, or specialist technology?
No. The course explains how professional environments approach planning and performance, but the principles are taught in a way that works with or without advanced tools. The focus is on understanding what to prioritise and why, regardless of resources.
