Aleksa Boskovic

Aleksa Boskovic is a high-performance football practitioner specialising in soccer-specific movement preparation, with a clear focus on improving movement efficiency as a route to stronger physical output, smarter load distribution, and reduced injury risk. His career reflects significant international experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, working in environments where performance staff must adapt quickly to different league demands, climates, travel schedules, and squad profiles.

He is an ISSPF lecturer (May 2020–present), where his teaching centres on soccer-specific movement preparation and the practical methods used to improve efficiency in football actions such as acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and repeated high-intensity efforts. Within this space, his applied perspective links movement quality to strength training principles, training-load monitoring, and injury-prevention strategy—helping coaches and performance staff understand how to design warm-ups, gym-to-pitch transfer work, and weekly microcycle planning that supports match demands.

In applied club football, Boskovic most recently served as Head of Performance at FC Dinamo București in Romania (December 2023–June 2025). Prior to that, he worked as Strength and Conditioning Coach at Navbahor Namangan in Uzbekistan (December 2022–December 2023), and held Head of Performance roles at PFC Botev Plovdiv in Bulgaria (June 2022–November 2022), FDC Vista in Russia (January 2022–June 2022), Kazma SC in Kuwait (July 2021–January 2022), and FC Nanjing City in China (November 2019–May 2020). Earlier in his career he also worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with Al Batin FC in Saudi Arabia (March 2021–July 2021) and in Serbian football with Football Club Bežanija Belgrade (June 2018–January 2020), building the practical foundations of his performance approach within day-to-day training and match preparation.
